By now, you’ve probably heard about the new Apple Music, the music streaming service that lets you download and stream a huge number of tracks in the background while you browse the web, play games, and other activities.
The service has been available for some time, but the new update from Apple makes the app more like Spotify than Pandora.
Now, you can download any song you want from Apple Music.
In fact, the new version of the app includes all of the tracks you’d like to download in the past, so you don’t have to download a whole album to access them.
The update is also rolling out in the U.S. and Canada, with more coming soon.
Here are some tips to get you started: If you want to download your favorite tracks in a single location, you’ll need to first sign up for Apple Music in the iTunes app, then tap “Download” on the new song icon in the top-right corner of the page.
The download will appear as a “Downloads” tab, with the track name and artist information on the right.
Once the download is complete, tap “Play” on your iPhone or iPad and you’re done.
You can then listen to the track in the app, just like you would with a Spotify playlist.
If you’re a Mac user, just open the Music app and search for a song or album in the search box.
If your Mac isn’t set up to use Spotify, you need to use iTunes to access Apple Music or the music service on the other computer.
Once you’ve downloaded the music, it’s easy to move it to your computer.
Just tap “Add to Library” on Apple Music’s pop-up menu, select the track, then “Play Now.”
The song will be listed under the “Add” menu item in your library.
The only way to cancel the download or remove the song is to re-open the Apple Music app.
To get rid of the song, just tap “Remove.”
Once you remove it from the app and re-download it, the song will no longer be available for playback.
You may also want to remove the music from your Mac’s drive and then re-install the app to remove it.
You’re done, though, if you’re still enjoying the music.
You’ll find the music on the Home tab in the Music player, and in the Library section.
The song is only available in the App Store, so there’s no way to use Apple Music without a paid subscription.
